• Tornado shelter signs are located around the airport to warn travelers of how to reach safety in case of emergencies such as stairwells, windowless inner passageways, and basements.

• If a tornado is a direct threat, passengers may be recommended to leave their baggage behind and seek quick cover, follow the instructions of the airport authorities, and keep calm.
