How to Treat Guests in Hotels To Create Wow Experience

Do you wish to learn how to make your guests happy and elated while staying at your place? You should try to give the guests a “wow” experience. It all starts with how you treat them.

There are actually 3 important things which every hotel should be mindful of in order to provide ‘wow’ experience to guests. They are:

1. Being nice and friendly with the guests
2. Handling guest complaints and resolving them
3. Providing the best possible comfort and safety to the guests at your hotel

Being Nice & Friendly  is an absolute no-brainer. No hotel can afford to skip this all-important step. Being nice, friendly, polite and respectful with the guests is one of the most important practices in hotel business.

Right from the top management to the cleaner in the hotel, everybody should be taught the importance of treating the guests nicely and fairly. To train your employees simply ask them to imagine how would they behave if any VIP person or a famous celebrity was visiting the hotel.

Obviously everyone would put up their best face and would greet that VIP person cheerfully, and be fully attentive, remarkably polite and literally on their tows. The management should make it clear to the staff that this is how they want the employees to treat every visitor.

Remind them time and again, citing the same example. Tell them that each guest is a VIP and should be treated as such. This can create an excellent atmosphere of valuing customer service in your hotel. Guests are likely to feel “wow” after being treated in such a special manner.

They are likely to want to come back again in future or at least refer other people to the place. They may also leave a good review online about the hotel. Online reviews can be very beneficial in bringing you increased business as lot of people check reviews before deciding to stay at a particular hotel.
